Frequently asked questions
Clarity before the first conversation.
Understand how Surgery Solution Hunters works, where support can be delivered, and what to expect before choosing an engagement.
Ask a different question ↗01What types of ASCs do you support?
Surgery Solution Hunters supports new, established, expanding, repositioning, and underperforming ambulatory surgery centers. Engagements can serve physician-owned, independently operated, management-company, and health-system-affiliated centers across a range of surgical specialties.
02Do you work nationally?
Yes. Consulting is available nationally, with the delivery model tailored to the organization, project scope, travel requirements, and applicable state-specific considerations.
03Can consulting be performed virtually?
Yes. Discovery, executive advisory, document review, data analysis, planning, leadership sessions, and many implementation workstreams can be completed virtually. Hybrid delivery is often used when onsite observation would materially improve the work.
04Do you provide onsite implementation?
Yes. Onsite support may include operational observation, workflow redesign, mock-survey activity, leadership alignment, team education, launch readiness, and hands-on implementation. Travel and onsite requirements are defined in the engagement scope.
05Can you assist with AAAHC readiness?
Yes. Support may include gap assessment, policy and documentation review, QAPI and governance structure, mock-survey preparation, staff readiness, and corrective-action planning. Accreditation decisions remain solely with AAAHC, and no survey outcome can be guaranteed.
06Do you recruit physicians?
Surgery Solution Hunters develops physician-recruitment strategy, target profiles, value propositions, outreach plans, relationship pipelines, and conversion measures. The exact role in direct outreach or placement is defined by the engagement and any applicable requirements.
07How long does an engagement last?
A focused diagnostic may take several weeks, while transformation, launch, and growth engagements may continue for several months. Executive Advisory is commonly structured as ongoing monthly support. Timing is confirmed after discovery and reflects scope, urgency, access to information, and implementation needs.
08How is confidentiality protected?
Formal engagements use written confidentiality provisions, defined information access, data minimization, and agreed communication methods. Website forms and scheduling tools must not be used for PHI, patient identifiers, medical records, trade secrets, or highly sensitive business information. Review the
